When you book a health consultation with Stephanie, you are booking a 1 hour appointment to go over your health concerns and desires. Prior to your appointment you will receive a brief questionnaire to help Stephanie come to your appointment prepared with some homeopathic and/or holistic remedies. Stephanie is a certified herbalist and aromatherapist, experienced in yoga, herbal remedies, essential oils/aromatherapy, and nutrition. Her personal experience with each of these holistic modalities allows her to be empathetic, compassionate, and excited to help you along your health journey.
